La Ferme des Grands Prés 

Coming from a traditional mixed (crops and livestock) farm, Jean-Yves Van Compernolle wanted both to branch out and to have more contact with the land. This is why, 14 years ago, he made over part of his farm to growing vegetables, at first conventionally but then organically.
Not wanting his workload to become too much for him, he decided to grow only a few sorts of vegetables (fennel, broccoli, cauliflower, beetroot) and to market them via Interbio.
