La Brasserie du Renard is a micro-brewery based in Grez-Doiceau in the province of Walloon Brabant. It produces high-quality craft beer from locally-grown raw materials using original recipes adapted over the years. Available at Rayon Bio, the beers offered (L’ Adorée, La Blondasse, La Brunette, La Roublarde (bronze medal in the Amber category in the Brussels Beer Challenge 2017), La Rousse de Poire, La Sauvage) are of course all certified as organic.

The micro-brewery operates as a participatory cooperative, using its human and financial resources for social purposes: active support for local, craft-based and sustainable production; the development of citizen participation; re-rooting local economies; training people and supporting them in their social integration, etc.
